Message from the Secretary
I am very happy that Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha, as a public institution dedicated to serving the people of Elpitiya region with a rich history, has been able to create this website by expanding the purpose and joining hands with information and communication technology. I believe that through information communication technology, which is an indispensable part of today’s society, it will be possible to provide efficient and effective service to the people as well as to provide more accurate information very quickly.
This makes it possible to provide services to people who need information not only in this country but also abroad.
This will provide space for the online payment system and I hope to implement an active program that provides answers to the various problems presented by the public and I hope to do the time management well.
In the future, we look forward to your continued support to provide the service more widely by joining hands with these services.
